These are so amazing, easy to fill, easy to attach and wow do they work! We got rained on and lots of wind at our market on Saturday and the tent didn’t budge. So many compliments on the look and smart design too. I will be recommending them to everyone.
I was very excited to find these weights online! The handy box to add sand was cool! They work really well for camping and my business set up. I would give it 5 stars except that the only thing that bothers me is, they tend to unroll and the sand falls out. It could be something that I’m doing wrong, however, having to re-roll every time I use them has been frustrating. Overall, I would recommend this for any small business or even just for your 10 x 10 tent.
I filled my new Burro bags with the gravel in baggies from my old canvas bags with velcro. Used them first time today at a market. Much easier to carry, no more struggling to get a grip. And they more easily rest against a vertical surface while staging your gear. I struggled a bit figuring how they hook to my premium hexagon canopy legs but I suspect I will soon get the hang of them. Definitely worth while and well made.
As a market vendor, I've tried a bunch of styles of weights, and these check the most boxes by far. At 40lbs filled, they meet event requirements in a single item. They're so easy to just set it and forget it hooking onto a tent leg. And I really like the thoughtful design systems, both in the rolling-up solution, the detachable handles, and even the shipping box doubling as a resource holder for filling the bags. They protrude by 7" or so, so as long as you plan for that, they can't be beat!
