Warranty
Burro's 5-Year Warranty
We build gear to last. If something fails, we'll fix it or replace it. It's that simple.
Our Philosophy
When you buy Burro gear, we want it to be the last time you buy that product. Outdoor gear should live a long life, and we design with that in mind. We use materials we trust and we rigorously test before we ship. But mistakes happen. We're learning as we grow, and it's possible you'll have some Burro gear that fails you. We want you to know that while that's a possibility, we'll do everything we can to make it right, so that when you buy Burro gear, you know you can count on it (and us), season after season.
What's Covered
Your Burro gear comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects and materials failure. That means if any part fails under normal use, we've got you covered.
We'll either repair it or send you a replacement, depending on what makes sense. Either way, you're back in business without paying anything extra.
How to Claim Your Warranty
-
Contact us. Email photos and a description of what happened to hello@burrogear.com
-
We'll take a look. We usually respond within 24-48 hours
-
We fix or replace it. Once we assess the damage, we'll arrange a repair or send you a replacement unit and we'll cover all shipping costs.
That's it. No forms, no hoops. We want you to know you can count on Burro gear, no matter what.
What's Not Covered
We're not covering damage from:
-
Misuse or neglect. If you leave your gear in a puddle over winter or run it over with a truck multiple times or throw it off a 10 story roof for fun, we're going to be less inclined to send you new gear. These are just some examples. If you take care of your gear, we'll take care of you.
-
Normal wear and tear & cosmetic damage. Outdoor gear is gonna get a little scuffed up. We can't promise your gear will look new forever. Sustainable gear production requires us not to replace items that are fully functional but simply don't look like they're fresh out of the box.
-
Unauthorized repairs. If someone other than Burro tries to fix it and makes it worse, we'll do our best to work with you, but this technically voids the warranty.
Questions?
