We know you sometimes need to try something out to be sure it's a good fit. That's why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If your Burro gear isn't right for you and your setup, you can send it back within 30 days for any reason. Doesn't matter what shape it's in, if you don't want it, we'll take it back.

 

Plain and Simple:

• 30 days from delivery to request a return

• Full refund to your original payment method

• You cover return shipping, unless the item arrived defective or we made an error
   

Email us at hello@burrogear.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your item(s). We'll send you a return address and confirm the details. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
 

Defective or damaged items:
If your item(s) arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us at hello@burrogear.com with photos and your order number, and we'll send you a free replacement, no need to return the original.

Bulk and wholesale orders:
Custom bulk orders (10+ units) are handled case-by-case. Reach out to us directly if you need to make changes to a bulk order.
